Account Integrity: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse engineer the services, bypass rate limits, or deploy malicious code through the API.

Intellectual Property Rights
The Nexa interface, codebase, brand marks, and underlying software infrastructure are and remain the exclusive property of Nexa. Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and interact with the platform dashboard and documentation.
Termination & Cancellation
You may terminate your account at any time through your workspace settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately upon notice if:
Breach: You violate any material provision of these terms or misuse system access.
Non-Payment: Subscription dues remain unresolved past the applicable grace period.
Legal Obligation: Continued operation exposes either party to regulatory or statutory liabilities.
